The best place a biker can be around! Tons of info, lots of fun, excellent mature members, a great load of tech-wisdom from highly qualified technitians, great frienship between members, the best forum organising, totally clean of rubbish, and a great deal of respect from all members to the man behind all this "CaptMoto"!!! A unique forum, valuable example for other forums. Period!

I am yet to come across a better model based website. It's that good that when I sold my XTX I found that I could not leave the great friends that I'd made.

This is an awesome forum for XT660 owners - without which ownership of this motorcycle would be nowhere near as pleasureable
Reviewer's name: Paul IrvingI have to say that the website, the forum and the guys behind the scenes are very helpful, full of useful tints and nothings appears to be a problem. Well recommended if you own an XT.

One of the best website and forum I have ever been part of and one with the largest knowledge base of anything to do with the Yamaha XT bikes. A must have for all XT660X or R owners.

Biker Biker a.k.a. Tanya - (forum member non xt owner) My testimonial err…… My mum said never to talk to strangers… I dunno how I got here, so be careful who you offer mince pies to. It’s a nice forum, easy going and you could run round naked, shake ya bum at the camera or ride a pink bike without much hassle. They tolerate me….. so I love them all

Motonacio - (forum member) Brill' - best ten quid I ever spent becoming an XT Supporter
an' you can quote that anywhere as motonacio or my full real ID
Thanks a bunch

Tony660X - (forum member) I have an XTX and went from a VFR750 to an X. Things you will need to appreciate are They are a thumping great single. There aint nothing smooth about them. They surge on part throttle. This can be 95% sorted. Just upping the CO2 on the dash cured mine 95%. They are awesome in town and traffic. They are B road heaven. Motorway acceptable. Great fun to ride and very comfortable. Cheap to buy and modify to your taste. There is this forum. Worth owning the bike just to be a part of it! Forgot to add to my original post. I would not go back to a road type bike again (Like VFR or CBR). Once you get hooked on the XT ride ergonomics and high up style going back to a crunched up sports bike just seems like a bad dream to me.

Richard W (forum member) - Pleased to be part of this.... Ok, have sat on the edge for a few days and have now decided to get my feet wet and say hi.
This forum, and the newly aquired manual from "the Captain himself" has already proved extremely useful and I plan to show my XTX a bit of love over the weekend with new front and back pads [from EBC - thanks for the discount code] and sprocket dampers. I'm even going to give the Co mod a go too.
First impressions are that this place is MASSIVE, with info in all nooks and crannies. Fantastic testament to you all.

AJT660 (forum member) - Yeah, its great, you can talk ******** and read over and over and over again how to adjust your co settings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only joking Capt, its a good place this, plenty of advice/banter/encouragment/humility/general stupidity all in one place, join in, you know you want to........

Midlife Crisis a.k.a Steve - I find the information I get from this site invaluable and can't imagine what I did before I joined. Not to mention the times I've just joined in the banter to lift my working day, the members are a great bunch and the rideouts and meets a whole lotta fun.
